His only friend???? Animals are a great companion for old people. They are patient and devoted. This photo is of a homeless man but could also be of a widow or widower. Being totally alone can be a horrible thing and a pet fills that need very well. This photo does not need words--it tells it all without anything being said. Very moving. Thank you for sharing with an old lady.
