Description
A dreamy view of Salmon Creek at high tide.
The Chum Salmon often make their way up this creek very slowly, because the water is quite shallow and delivers many obstacles to pass by with an eddy here and there to rest in.
The fish are exhausted and pretty beaten up by time they make it through.

Gorgeous with awesome light and color! Looks like a real fun place, L'ina! l/f
I'ina Van Lawick replied:
Thank you, Catalina. It really is a fun place, lovely, quiet, with the tidal stream coming in or going out. The Great Horned Owls hag out there too, at times. Very restful spot with a bench to sit and absorb the mood.

What an amazing location, magical light and reflections, interesting that the Salmon come here to breed and end their journey. Sad and beautiful at the same time LF
I'ina Van Lawick replied:
Thank you, Angela. Yes, sad and beautiful, so true. Very poignant. We are all part of the great cycle.
