Description
She is a Great Blue Heron and was standing so still below the Boardwalk under eye level, and under a tree, that I almost walked right by.
An older photograph with poor resolution, rescued and changed into a more exciting image.
This was taken with a Canon SX-50, in RAW, to which I don't have the conversion program anymore, since I bought my Canon EOS Rebel T6i.
Hooray for PSE 15.
Working with a variety of processes and opacity settings, which used many layers, I was able to create a more satisfying image.

Thank you very much, Robert. They stand so still that it is easy to pass on the Boardwalk without noticing their presence.

Thank you very much, Nancy. Am checking my oldies but goodies, to see what I can do with processing.

Never saw the old photo but, whatever you did, this is crisp and excellent in b&w.

Thank you, Paul. I always appreciate your comments. Glad you like it. It certainly was worth working with.
