Description
The result of using many layers in the digital processing I have used gives the image a feeling of an old painting, very fitting for this lovely old building.
The dome of our state capitol building rises up behind the Hall of Justice and is reflected in Capitol Lake, an inlet off Puget Sound.
The architects were partners Harry K. White and Walter R. Wilder, whose design in the American Neoclassical Style was selected during an architectural competition.
The building was completed in 1928.
Since I worked for Harry White's son, who had the original blueprints, I was a very lucky person to get to see them rolled out on his dining room table. Beautiful!!
What an honor and exciting experience.

Thank you, Cindy. Was a challenging photo to work with because of the dark areas in the shade.
